Terms and Conditions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will receive your order within 2-5 business days Switzerland wide.
What is the delivery time for international orders?
We ship worldwide via Switzerland Post. Shipping takes 5-15 business days depending on you location.
How do I track my order?
All shipments are sent with a Tracking-nr. for delivery. Track and Trace > www.post.ch
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?
No, once you place an order it is final.
How do I find out the materials of the garment?
The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.
 
What is a pre-order?
A Pre Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe.
Can I shop in other currencies other than CHF?
All product prices listed are in CHF.
I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
Do you offer returns?
No. All sales are final.
 
I am an international customer (outside Switzerland) do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of Switzerland my be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, not will they be covered or reimbursed by Zoéy Switzerland.
 
The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Post CH AG to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Switzerland.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@zoeyswitzerland.com with your inquiry.
 
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, but by setting up an account you will have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

we accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. 
Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email to info@zoeyswitzerland.com and send your item to the shipping address.

Do I have to pay for postage if I return my item?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Zoéy Switzerland is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care staff using the contact details below.
Personalised items
Our personalised items are made specifically to customer's specifications. Therefore there are no refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind or incorrectly entered selections. Full refunds will only be granted if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), in which case we’ll also pay the return shipping costs. Refunds will be reimbursed in the same way in which the item was purchased, pertaining to terms and conditions. Please send us an email to info@zoeyswitzerland.com and send your item to the shipping address. Refunds can only be given to the same person who originally purchased the item.
